An order of service your whole tech team runs from
Songs, scripture, camera, lighting, and ProPresenter cues in one run of show. Share it with worship, audio, video, and stream on one live link and follow it live on Sunday.
Why NextShow for worship services
Sunday runs on volunteers, and volunteers run on clarity. NextShow puts songs, scripture, camera shots, and ProPresenter cues in one order of service the whole tech team reads together. When the message runs long or a song gets cut, the plan updates once, everywhere, instead of dying on a printed sheet in the sound booth.
The message runs long. Nobody panics.
The pastor takes an extra five on the third point. The booth already knows: the on-now card holds the message, the closing song re-times itself, and the volunteer on stream sees the same beat as the camera operator. Nobody passes a note down the row.

Share one link with every ministry team
Worship, audio, video, lighting, and stream each follow the same View link at their station. The service producer holds the Edit link. On Sunday morning, mark the active segment and every volunteer knows exactly where the service is.
Build this Sunday's plan in NextShow and put the View link in the team chat. If the volunteers do not love it by the closing song, the old spreadsheet is still there.
The Free plan is a real tool: all your columns, live sharing, live mode, up to 5 segments per run of show.
View and Edit links open in any modern browser. Nobody creates an account to follow the show.
A single show that needs more than 5 segments unlocks fully for 30 days. No subscription.

Is a run of show the same as an order of service?
Same idea, two rooms. The order of service is the worship-team term; the run of show is the production term. In NextShow it is one document: segments in order, with the timing and cues each ministry area needs.
How do we share it with volunteers?
Send the View link in your team chat. It opens in the browser on any device, with no account and nothing to install, so a first-week volunteer can follow the service plan as easily as your tech director.
Can we run it live during the service?
Yes. Mark the active segment from the Edit view as the service moves. Every open link highlights it and scrolls to it, so the camera operator and the streaming volunteer always know what is next.
