Is a run of show the same as an order of service?
Same idea, two rooms. The order of service is the worship-team term; the run of show is the production term. In NextShow it is one document: segments in order, with the timing and cues each ministry area needs.
How do we share it with volunteers?
Send the View link in your team chat. It opens in the browser on any device, with no account and nothing to install, so a first-week volunteer can follow the service plan as easily as your tech director.
Can we run it live during the service?
Yes. Mark the active segment from the Edit view as the service moves. Every open link highlights it and scrolls to it, so the camera operator and the streaming volunteer always know what is next.
